Live Network Monitoring
Our innovative testing approach enables live network testing and service verification for mobile voice and data services, including Voice over LTE (VoLTE), Voice over New Radio (VoNR) and OTT voice services.
Based on our comprehensive Access, Voice, Data & Messaging KPIs, you can ensure the correct functionality and integration of your most important services, while related radio interfaces can be analysed using the Layer3 radio analysis.
As we are using real end customer devices for our tests you will automatically get the information about the correct functionality on one side and the customer experience (QoE) on the other side
5G, Network Slicing & Latency
The introduction of 5G networks brings unprecedented benefits, including faster data speeds and lower latency. However, it also increases complexity. The intricate architecture of 5G, with its use of diverse frequency bands, advanced technologies like Massive MIMO, and complex network slicing, amplifies deployment and management challenges. The denser network infrastructure required for 5G further complicates maintenance and troubleshooting. Additionally, the integration of diverse technologies such as IoT and edge computing as well as multi-vendor based networks due to ORAN technology heightens the overall complexity. All that leads to an increased need for end-to-end and interoperability testing.
SEGRON’s solutions are able to orchestrate automated testing via one a single platform covering all relevant 5G capabilities using real end customer devices. Based on our powerful Layer-3 tracing solution we can verify the correct parameter settings and messaging flow according to 3GPP standards, for both 5G NSA and SA (VoNR).
Of course, also the verification of network slices, download speeds and low-latency scenarios (eMBB, URLLC & mMTC) is covered.

2G and 3G networks are phased out leading to a high demand of VoLTE testing (IR.25) to assure that subscribers can still use voice services while being abroad. GSE covers all relevant IREG scenarios to support Roaming opening testing.
SEGRON’s roaming quality tests utilize the unique end-to-end Active Testing Platform using real smartphones and supporting 2G, 3G, LTE, CSFB, VoLTE, 5G and emergency services. Real mobile data traffic can be generated and tested at any location, anytime! Based on our SIM & eSIM support tests can be flexibly carried out using different customer profiles which allows to measure and improve QoS and QoE, detect service outages through real-time reporting and altering.
Global SIM Connectivity Testing
Car V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) enhances road safety, reduces traffic congestion, and enables efficient communication between vehicles and infrastructure for smarter transportation.
The majority of this communication is handled via mobile networks hence cars are equipped with SIM cards placed in telematics control units (TCUs). As cars travel across borders connectivity is required globally and in consequence SIMs must provide seamless Roaming globally.
SEGRON’s Global Service Enabler is designed to test connectivity globally. It supports physical SIMs and eSIMs and provides access to hundreds of mobile networks worldwide. All locations are equipped with mobile devices that are capable to register in 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G networks end hence cover all technologies available today.
